Phase 1: Problem Identification
Action Steps:
- Conduct research (surveys, interviews) with target communities to identify pressing challenges across the agriculture, education, healthcare, and finance sectors.
- Collaborate with local African organisations and leaders to gather insights.
Deliverables
- List of priority issues facing African communities.
- Identified areas where AI-based tools can be applied.
Phase 2: Ideation and Prototyping
Action Steps:
- Organise ideation sessions with developers, AI experts, and local community members to brainstorm tool ideas.
- Define technical requirements for the proposed tools.
- Create prototypes based on initial ideas.
